INTERNATIONAL HOME STUDY DIPLOMA COURSE
Our International Home Study Style Coaching™ Diploma Course can be studied from anywhere in the world, and we now have students in 53 countries around the world - more than any other image training company!
You can begin studying our Home Study Style Coaching™ Diploma Course at any time, and unlike training with some other institutes we won’t make you wait for any specific enrolment dates. The Home Study Course is ideal for anyone who wants to become a professional Style Coach™, but wants his or her studies to fit in around a busy lifestyle. There are many fantastic benefits of Home Study, including:
• Ultimate Flexibility: You can begin the course at any time, you can study at your own pace and there are no time constraints whatsoever. You can study as many or as few hours a week as you like, and you can take breaks when you need to. You can study at whatever time of day or night suits you best. You can complete the course as fast as you like, or if you need to take a much slower pace then this is no problem either and you won’t be penalised in any way for taking longer.
• Having your own Time & Space: Studying from home means you can take your time over each module of the course, rather than feeling you need to keep up with the learning pace of other students. You can feel free to read the course modules more than once if you need time to digest the new information. Studying from home also means you avoid travel and accommodation expenses and you don’t have to find someone to mind the kids. You can study from the comfort of your own home office, during your lunch-break at work, on the train when commuting, or even in bed at the end of the day! Whatever works for you is perfect!
• One-to-one Support: As a Home Study student you are assigned your very own Personal Tutor who personally guides and supports you through the course. Although you may not ‘meet in person’ you will be able to connect with your tutor quickly and easily by email, phone, or post, and you can also connect with them via the Style Coaching Institute® Facebook page and via the private Style Coaching Institute® group on LinkedIn. Our Personal Tutors provide detailed feedback on all your assignments, so that you know that we are eagerly following your progress, and providing vital pointers when necessary. Our feedback is always constructive, encouraging, and personalised, and plays an important part of helping you to get the very best out of the course materials. You will feel supported throughout the whole process and with our expert team on hand you are never ‘on your own’!
Our Home Study Style Coaching™ course materials are outstanding quality and you will be amazed at the depth of each topic covered and the quality of their presentation. We update our course materials every year to ensure that the material is kept up-to-date and current, reflecting all the latest advances and cutting-edge techniques! Many image-training companies still use materials that were originally produced in the 1980’s – with recommendations for 80’s 'power suits' and shoulder pads! A huge disappointment when you’re readying yourself for a brand new career, and you realise that the training material you were hoping to use is completely out-of-date before you’ve even started studying!
The Home Study Style Coaching™ course materials are beautifully presented and contain an invaluable wealth of information. There are a total of five Self-Test Assignments to complete during the course (bi-modular assignments), and there is a Diploma Examination, which completes your studies. The Diploma Exam requires students to work with a pro-bono client and complete the whole process of Style Coaching™. The Diploma Exam Paper asks the students various questions based on this work and we use a universal points system to ensure consistency between our examiners. If a student does not reach the pass grade at their first attempt they will be given detailed feedback and will be given as many opportunities as necessary to retake the exam until they are successful (unlike many training companies, we do not charge examination fees of any kind). Students will be supported, nurtured and encouraged through the learning process, and will graduate with a feeling of confidence and excitement for their new career ahead!
